Your Tasks
- Implement a fit and proper Information and Cybersecurity framework for the company
- Develop and manage the frameworks, processes, tools and consultancy necessary for IT to properly manage risk and to make risk-based decisions related to IT and the business on new projects and initiatives
- Continuously improve the company’s cyber defense capability including threat monitoring, anomalies detection, cybersecurity incident detection and response
- Lead the implementation of various cybersecurity solution to protect the company from cyber-attacks and data leakage
- Perform application and infrastructure security assessment
- Develop and manage information security improvement program for continuous improvement of the company’s information security controls, to plan, manage and execute new product development projects
- Proactive identification and mitigation of IT risks as well as responding to observations identified by third party auditors while assisting in the development of periodic reports and dashboards presenting the level of controls compliance and current IT risk posture
- Facilitate information systems security management education and training in regulatory and company standards for all WIK employees
- Receives allegations of security incidents and conducts complex investigations; prepares written findings, recommendations and follow up evaluation; and analyzes patterns and trends
- Coordinates company information security incident response and reporting for events or exploited vulnerabilities including unauthorized system or network access, denial of service, inappropriate data access, data corruption, and/or collection of private or confidential information
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in information & cyber security, technology risk, regulatory compliance, risk & control from manufacturing industry
- Extensive knowledge on information & cybersecurity, familiar with the security of servers, firewalls (cisco, Paloalto, checkpoint), PA XDR, Symantec Endpoint, TCP/IP, MS SQL Server and Office 365
- Knowledge of IT processes and controls and strong understanding of risk and control frameworks such as (CoBIT, ISO, NIST, ITIL, PCI)
- General knowledge of information security regulatory requirements and standards such as ISO 27001/2, SANS top 20 and NIST 800-53
- Possess Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other information systems security certifications
- Experience with development of educational programs in the area of security awareness
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels
