Your Tasks
- Plan and purchase raw material according to sap system requirement for in-house as well as subcontract if there is
- Arrangement stock control or stock take at subcon for any overuse material
- Monitor percentage scrap for any consign material to outside vendor with Finance department involved
- Monitor the inventory level at minimum level
- Provide weekly rolling forecast schedule to supplier and follow up the acknowledgement for vendor
- Daily call off schedule for those suppliers involve JIT local supplier, through portal schedule
- Commitment to any supply issue ahead to planner if there is any foreseen material supply issue
- Declare to planner if there is any excess stock incur due to fluctuation order
